VT Mentioned this a bunch of times and I just started playing on one so I thought I may as well open it up.
As a general rule avoid anything that is symmetrical and the starting unit positions haven't been modified for balance. You can find some more tips here.
I Win - The epitome of Blue Bias maps!
Circulus for three Kgn
Instant Action - HUGE red disadvantage
Fish in a Barrel v.2
copy of Copy of Nort
Kilna's Mayhem One-on-One
copy of copy of Copy of The Bog
The Unforgiven - Looks fair, but blue gets to stop red capturing the top base off the bat.
you'll be under my wheels - Looks fair, but blue gets one more base earlier on.
Scary Pirate Island - Blue and Purple biased. Red gets shafted.
Dunno - Blue > Red > Purple > Yellow. Classic First Turn Advantage scenario.
River Maze - Without mistakes red ends up with one more base.
Zweistromland - 1 vs 1 gives red the center base advantage.
Dodgy Map Makers (Do not play them)
gui - He makes them look fair, but blue always has a slight advantage.
Add all the ones you find and I'll keep updating this list.

Nice additions. They're on there.
01/12/2008 11:26:06 Re:Biased Maps
i have discerned your method, and you're only checking new posts. so:
check my last post I updated it.
01/12/2008 12:56:38 Re:Biased Maps
Cools. Updated. I was really thinking only 2P as in multiplayer people tend to gang up on the one with the advantage.
01/12/2008 13:19:46 Re:Biased Maps
Oooh, I gotta disagree. I played a 6 player game using that map of the world, we romped on White, who was in Western Europe. He lasted all of four rounds and got hammered.
01/12/2008 13:42:59 Re:Biased Maps
Isn't white pretty much always at a disadvantage? If you really wanted to, on just about any 6 player map, you could in theory have all 5 prior players gang up on white (either intentionally or inadvertently).

@lucian - understood that you were looking for 2P maps. but there are many 3-6 player maps that also
end up as blue biased when played as 2 player. doesnt have to be that way, but it is.
City Sprawl is a perfect example.

True. Fair point. We're also looking for Red biased or any biased map for that matter.
02/12/2008 03:05:47 Re:Biased Maps
Are there any bee biased maps? We need more of those.
02/12/2008 03:25:20 Re:Biased Maps
Non-existent. No matter how biased they're never that bad.
02/12/2008 03:36:58 Re:Biased Maps
Bee - pick any map on this list. invite someone to it. then its a bee based map.
remember that having and advantage and knowing how to use it are VERY different things.
02/12/2008 05:39:17 Re:Biased Maps
There's one map that hates whites...Can't remember which, but it's totally racist.
02/12/2008 16:43:44 Re:Biased Maps
Bog gives the blue a big advantage if they know how to exploit it. Pity because it is a fine map otherwise.
I tried to address the issue with help from a few other players, but lost interest.
