Modern browsers supports Notifcation API. So, It would be nice if Weewar will use browser notification instead of email if user is online in game.

There is no active development on this game for now nor any indication that it will start soon, but there is an API you can use to determine if it's your turn in a game. It may be possible to throw together a quick extension for that.
