Its 'ADVANCE WARS' for the gameboy advance

The game weewar is based on pretty much.

Anyway, snow would be so easy for the to implement! I doubt a huge team of graphic designers were hired for weewar, whoever made the original terrain graphics could just remake them as white ones. I'd be willing to comission the artist or whoever so they could implement this!
