No citymurph on my list. I don't know. Every one of mine have only started 2 games with Zapp. Maybe they are getting smarter. I have had 8 more since my last post.

Spadequack can answer this question but I, for the life of me cannot remember the answer. I think it's one of two things:
1. Not responding to some welcome/validation email (you may still be able to log in and play)
2. Not having completed the tutorial games with Zapp.
