Yes really. A non-pro (trial account) can only invite to one of three maps, which are two player maps only, and using basic units only. Pros never get any kind of unit advantage over non-pros... ever. That would kind of kill the game if they did, wouldn't it? I think perhaps you're thinking of the over way around, in which case non-pro do get to have pro units.
